Intensive and individual coordination is essential for effective project planning. For this reason, we appoint a HEGO project manager upon the initial information of a project who remains in charge as central supervisor and coordinator for the entire duration of the project. Together with the technical experts, the country manager and the respective network partners, the project manager will coordinate all project-related activities from evaluation to final conclusion. |

Thus, the project manager will arrange project-related examinations of the transport interfaces and the local conditions. “Nothing remains but the changes” requires a valid verification of customs clearance procedures, on-carriage solutions and the disposal of suitable equipment and technical devices. |

The Survey Report will show the result of our investigations. It is usually illustrated by photos and drawings recommending transport solutions. The project manager will present our recommendation and coordinate all measures agreed between our own and our client’s experts. |
